We’re American Circuits, your ONE STOP source for Printed Circuits. We offer a complete turnkey “One Stop Shopping” solution for all your Printed Circuit needs.
YOU pick the solution that fits YOU best. Want just a board design? Fine, that’s what we’ll supply. Design plus Bare Boards? Great. Want Just Assembly or Kitting? We do it. ACI has a "One-Stop Shopping" philosophy to the manufacture of printed circuit boards and printed circuit board assembly. This approach offers our customers a turnkey solution. We can take customers from design, to manufacture, through assembly (including wire harnesses and cases). ACI can also build bare boards, or just do assembly or testing. Customers can choose to use just one service, several services, or enjoy complete one-stop shopping. This approach gives our customers the greatest possible flexibility.
Why have a board house make your bare boards, an assembly house pack the boards with components, a wiring sub-contractor make your wire harnesses, then have someone put them all together in an enclosure, THEN have someone else test the finished product? American Circuits provides complete products, including all the services you’re currently getting from a myriad of suppliers, and we do it all IN HOUSE. As a contract manufacturer in our 19th year of operation, we have the expertise to not just meet your expectations, but to exceed them. We provide quality printed circuits delivered ON TIME. Our services include:
- PCB Design Service- Our engineering staff can lay out a circuit board using your schematic or turn your printed circuit design into industry standard Gerber data for manufacturing. And, remember, advice is free. We can advise you on some pitfalls to avoid and even suggest components or layout changes to make your design more efficient to manufacture.

- Bare Circuit Board Manufacturing- The core of any Circuit Board project is the Bare Circuit Board. ACI manufactures bare boards including Single Sided, Double Sided, Multilayer, Flex, High Temperature, Total Gold, Teflon, and SMT. We at American Circuits believe we offer a fairly unique service by actually manufacturing bare boards at the same company where they are assembled.

- Kitting Service- Some customers have their own assembly departments, only needing the bare boards and parts for their assemblies. Over time, many have realized that due to American Circuits’ experience and the fact that we purchase parts for many jobs at the same time, it is often less expensive to have us procure, sort and label parts for them rather than kitting the job themselves. We can supply a complete kit of sorted, labeled components to customers for a reasonable price, not to mention taking away the headache of parts procurement.

- Testing Service- As well as electrically testing bare boards, ACI also tests completed assemblies. We can use your test fixtures and procedures or create them from scratch, all to YOUR requirements.

- PCB Reverse Engineering- We understand that either through acquisition or other factors, from time to time the data needed to replicate a Circuit Board just can’t be found. We have the capability to completely Reverse Engineer your circuit board from an existing sample. We can reverse engineer bare boards and populated boards including boards with programmed IC’s, custom parts, and obsolete parts.
